Q1 What is the cost for an attendee?

Q2 How do I pay ?

 
We have all payment mode accepted. You can pay by online bank transfer, wallet payment, UPI and credit card.

Q3 How do I get the invoice ?

 
With ticket confirmation, all attendees will get an automated invoice generated by our systems.

Q4 What is the refund policy ?

 
We do not have a refund policy.

Q6 Do I need to bring the student ID ?

 
Yes, an attendee who has registered for student pass must need to bring and produce the valid original college ID card of the current year. Photocopies of the ID card will not be entertained. Participants doing part time and remote studies are not admitted under student pass category.

Q7 How can I get the event schedule ?

 
The conference schedule will be announced on the CIA Conference (CIACON) website 15 days before the conference. All speaker talk details are available on the CIACON speaker page.

Q8 Is there a Dress Code  ?

 
No, CIACON doesn’t have any dress code.

Q9 Will we get any Certificate  ?

 
All attendees of the CIA Conference (CIACON) event will get a participation certificate on day 2 on the registration desk.

Q10 Which Passes include Lunch  ?

 
All conference passes include lunch and tea/coffee sessions.

Q10 What are the transportation/accommodation options available   ?

 
All attendees need to manage their own travel and stay. CIACON is liable only to provide the deliverables mentioned on the registration page.

Q1 Who can submit presentation?

 
CIA Conference (CIACON) CFP is open for all, and anyone can submit talk details.

Q2 How long will I have to wait for the notification of acceptance or denial ?

 
The final CFP review will be shared with the speakers within 15 days after the last date of CFP being closed.

Q3 Can I add Co-author, who is willing/not willing to present  ?

 
Speakers can submit the co-presenter details at the time of talk submission only.

Q4 Are my guests allowed to attend my presentation for free ?

 
No, all attendees of CIACON need to purchase conference tickets

Q5 Will I be paid ?

 
None of CIACON speakers will get paid, though speakers will get benefits like travel reimbursement, complimentary accommodation, one complementary student pass, etc., as per their talk acceptance category.
Interested candidates for volunteering can submit their application through our ‘Call for Volunteers’ program.
All volunteers will be provided a volunteer certificate issued by CIACON after the event.
CIACON training will be conducted in the English language.
Each CIACON training has a different cap limit based on the capacity and trainer’s requirement. 
Each training pre-requisite is mentioned on the respective training page; all attendees are requested to follow the same. The trainers can also ask additional prerequisites through emails before the training.
Lunch and tea/coffee will be provided during training days.

CIACON has a no refund/cancellation policy. Attendees can transfer the training seat to someone else but cannot change the training selected or the cancel the training.
All training attendees will get a training completion certificate issued by NullcoCIACON after the training is completed & feedback form filled.
